    In this half day course we introduce the principals of successful selling.

    As sales is as much about attitude as it is knowledge and skill we break down a lot of the stereotypes of selling and sales people to give delegates a clear path to follow in ethical sales. The group discusses the ‘why people should buy’ rather than the ‘what’ of what they are selling – creating compelling reasons to buy their products and services. Delegates leave the course ready to take new orders and promote their businesses.

    In the full day ‘Introduction to Sales’ we cover everything from the half day course – but in more depth.

    In the afternoon we explore the importance of a great first impression leading through to questioning and listening skills to generate lasting rapport, strong relationships and a confidence in selling.

    This two day course brings everything together..
    We cover all of the above and give delegates the opportunity to recieve feedback on the sales process they’ve created, introducing simple techniques for handling objections whilst influencing they’re customers.

    As we finish the two days with ‘asking for the business’ delegates will leave with an end to end sales structure to start them on the right track to winning orders, promoting their business ethically and an enthusiasm for selling!
