    In this half day session we investigate the importance of preparing to sell when making sales calls.Looking at using data efficiently, knowing your numbers and how being in control of your state can help with the dreaded phone fright and open otherwise locked doors to decision makers.

    The delegates will design a powerful opening statement that breaks down stereotypes, opens opportunities and starts conversations with the right people who want to do business with you. Putting the caller in the decision makers world to make unique, original and effective sales calls.

    This full day offers all of the above in more depth along with getting passed the gatekeeper and speaking with decision makers. We break down a lot of the common misconceptions about selling over the phone and strip everything back to create effective calls for your team.

    In the afternoon we shift our attention to objection handling. All calls receive objections; how you approach these throughout the call will determine your success. Putting this all together at the end of the day to create a powerful call structure and a new attitude to use the minute delegates are back in the workplace.

    In these two full days we complete the process from beginning to end.

    We discuss the final piece of the jigsaw; how and when to close a sale and allow delegates to create their own formulas mixing everything they have learnt with they’re own character and style.
