Most people are aware of ‘marginal gains’ (small differences that when added together make a big difference). The Leadership essentials selection course helps leaders and managers recognise how small adjustments in their daily roles can make massive differences to their roles and lives.

Not only does this one-day course help leaders and managers become more ‘self-aware’ of their own emotional intelligence. The course also helps leaders and managers recognise where they need to improve to develop their ‘leadership emotional intelligence capabilities’. Then takes their learning one step further by looking at ‘what matters most’ in their daily roles and developing their leadership essential skills.

What do you get?

Attendees will be given a folder workbook to complete through the session. The folder workbook can be taken away and referenced to help embed learning when the session has finished.
